Under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, no objection as to the place of filing a suit shall be allowed by any appellate or revisional court unless such objection

Has not been brought to the court of the first time.

As far as possible not done on the first occasion.

As a result there has been failure of justice.

When all the three conditions (a), (b) and (c) are satisfied.
