Under sub-section (5) (c) i.e. (5) (c) of section 65B i.e. 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, the computer product shall be deemed to have been produced by computer-

• A. whether it is produced directly by
• B. whether produced by a suitable device
• C. It is produced directly by it or (with or without human intervention) is produced by any suitable equipment
• D. it is produced directly by it or is produced by any suitable equipment
