There is a reasonable basis for believing that A has been involved in a conspiracy to wage war against the Government of India, but he only knows that B has committed which of the facts in Pakistan for the purpose of the conspiracy to prove A's co-culpability therein. Not compatible:

• A. C collected money at Calcutta for the same purpose
• B. D had inspired people in Mumbai to be involved in that conspiracy.
• C. A used ammunition to blow up the Parliament House but his attempt proved unsuccessful.
• D. After the above effort, A wrote a letter to A to re-supply the ammunition.
