An elective surgery is to be done in a patient taking heavy doses of Aspirin.Management consists of:

• A. Stopping aspirin for 7 days and then do surgery
• B. Proceed with surgery
• C. Intra operative Platelet transfusion
• D. Preoperative platelet transfusion
