A mortgagee who has executed two or more mortgages in favor of the same mortgagee, not being a contract to the contrary, when the principal of two or more of those mortgages has become due—

• A. obliged to bring the redemption of all those hostages together
• B. shall not be entitled to get any one of those mortgages to be redeemed separately
• C. Such mortgages are obliged to simultaneously redeem at least two hostages
• D. is entitled to the redemption of any one such mortgage, either separately or simultaneously from two or more of such mortgages
